Yes, I'm finally sharing our Basement Family Room Makeover and I'm so excited. And as you know, each and every room in this house has just about gotten a fresh coat of paint including our basement. Because of leftover paint, I tried to stick with similar colors all around and use as much of what we had rather than buying new paint for every room.
We wanted to give each room a fresh coat and make it as livable as possible in the meantime, while we decide which route we want to go with each room in the long run. This will buy us time in how we'll transform the interior as we live with it. Truth is besides the upstairs floors there wasn't much in the budget to gut anything out and in reality we love the layout of our home as is. If we replace anything it'll be pretty cosmetic.
