I'm Sandra & I was born and raised in Southern California. Married to my high school sweetheart & best friend now for 25 years, have two adult children, our youngest is 20 & oldest is 24 who is also engaged & had our first grandson in 2022. We have two precious pups whom we love like family.

 

We made the life changing decision in the Fall of 2022 to move to Utah which was a long time calling in our hearts. It has been nothing short of an adventure & love that we get to call it home finally!

 

Here I share everything from my personal thoughts and knowledge on life, favorite recipes, health & fitness journey, recommended wellness brands, easy to moderate DIY's, my personal casual style & all the things in between!
